All of Us Rally Comes to Topeka June 27 as Part of Nationwide Day of Action
The All of Us Rally comes to Topeka on Saturday, June 27, bringing community members, speakers, and advocates to the Kansas State Capitol as part of a nationwide day of action ahead of America’s 250th anniversary. Hosted locally by Kansas 50501, the All of Us Rally invites Kansans to gather in support of truth, equality, freedom, and civic participation through a peaceful public demonstration.
The free event will take place from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. on the Capitol grounds in downtown Topeka and is one of hundreds of All of Us Rally events expected to take place across the United States as part of the national All of Us 250 mobilization.

What Is the All of Us Rally?
The All of Us Rally is part of a nationwide campaign encouraging Americans to reflect on the nation’s history while advocating for what organizers describe as a future built on liberty, equality, and democratic participation.
National organizers say the June 27 mobilization was intentionally scheduled just before the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, encouraging communities to gather peacefully while discussing America’s past, present, and future.
According to organizers, participants are rallying in support of voting rights, civil rights, equality, and what they describe as a fuller understanding of American history. The national campaign also promotes peaceful civic engagement and community participation through local events across the country.
What to Expect at the All of Us Rally
Organizers say attendees at the All of Us Rally in Topeka can expect:
- Speakers discussing American and Kansas history.
- An open microphone for community participation and free speech.
- Information about current legislation and voter engagement.
- Opportunities to connect with local advocacy organizations.
- A peaceful public gathering at the Kansas State Capitol.
Participants are encouraged to bring signs, exercise their First Amendment rights, and respectfully engage with others throughout the event.
Why the All of Us Rally Is Being Held
National organizers say they expect several significant Supreme Court decisions near the end of June involving issues including voting rights and birthright citizenship. The coalition argues those rulings could have long-term implications for civil rights and democratic participation.
Kansas 50501 also points to issues affecting Kansas, including legislative proposals involving redistricting, voting access, and government accountability. Organizers say the All of Us Rally is intended to encourage Kansans to become more informed about public policy, engage with elected officials, and participate in the democratic process.
Supporters describe the event as an opportunity to celebrate America’s founding ideals while continuing to advocate for expanding liberty and equality. Others may disagree with the movement’s political positions, but organizers emphasize that the gathering is intended to be a peaceful exercise of constitutional rights.
