Well at least he isnt a COP, but he IS a total shitbag for the way he ran the Topeka Capitol Journal into the ground. I hope he doesn’t run the city like he did thet Newspaper. (He allowed people such as Sherman Smith/Agnostic to access the newspaper web server rolls and get peoples log in information and then gather personal information on newspaper readers and subscribers, and the harass and torment users of the newspapers readers reactions forums, and if anyone said anything that Sherman Smith/Agnostic didn’t like they would post the personal information making it public and encourage people to use that information the harass and persecutes people and try to get them fired from their jobs.
Several Cops wives, such as racist white supremacist Robin Block, wife of Officer Block and organizer of the racist “Blue Lives Matter” group was one such operative. (The newspaper tried to scrub its archives of the articles about her costing the city hundreds of thousands of dollars after she baited and officer into hitting her so she could get him fired.) (Of course squirmin wormin sherman smith denies knowing anything about “Agnostic” and claims “That all happened before I started” which is a lie. And how does someone like “Agnostic become a web admin” and gain access to the newspapers server rolls and root access to their servers and allinfo contained with in, and *NO ONE*, not Wormy SHermy or Wade knows who he was? Really?

Well, expect NO changes for the better with Stephen Wade as city manager. I was told by Sherm the Worm that “Word came down from high up to kick you off the forums”…so, would that have been Stephen Wade then? Or Sam Brownback (The same excuse that sexually aggressive womanizing sex offender Jared Starky gave when HE got in trouble while running “712 Innovations” into the ground, and soon after that being unanimously FIRED by the board of directors….soo, sounds like Im just ranting and rambling? No, lets just use one of “Agnostics” lines “This seems soo eeeerily familiar”. The cty should have found a manager from far outside of the city that hasnt been all tangled up in a bunch of small-town Harper Valley PYA type bullshit. Lets see if we can find out if Wade will admit to knowing who “Agnostic” was shall we? In the mean time, go look up “Roland Wye” and “Verses City of Topeka and Topeka Police Dept” and if that doesnt yield results (Because the paper scrubbed it from their online achieves, and in “Robin Block” (Or even one of her screen names “Living In Shawnee County.”) Bt unfortunately for them, the legal documents about the lawsuit are still up on line. Lets see if Wade just spends all his time sweeping messes under the rug.
