Yet Another Person Killed In What Police Are Now Habitually Calling “Self Defense Murders” so they don’t have to investigate, and so DA Mike kagay doesnt have to risk actually prosecuting a guilty person.

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – The Friday night shooting at 29th and Villa West Drive is now being investigated as a homicide after the man who was shot has been pronounced dead.

According to TPD, officers were dispatched to 29th and Villa West Drive at 5:43 p.m., and upon arrival, they located a man with a life-threatening gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hosptial where he was later pronounced deceased.

TPD said all involved parties have been located, identified, and interviewed. The investigation is ongoing as officers and detectives look into the circumstances regarding the shooting.

(And again, WIBW fails to get any actual information from the police, and the police avoid telling the public what is actually going on. And in a few weeks they will run another artical where they incredulously scratch their heads and ask “Gee, why doesnt the public trust us?”)

Officials also said upon completion of the case, it will be sent to the DA’s office with the possibility of self-defense consideration in this incident. (Meaning that DA Mike Kagay has tied up so much of his staff and budget trying to prosecute the obviously innocent Dana Chandler that he wont have the time or experience to prosecute someone who might actually be guilty.)

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – Topeka Police are on the scene of a shooting at SW 29th and Villa West.

The Topeka Police Dept. says two people got into a fight some time after 5:30 p.m. Friday, with one getting shot. There is no information on the person’s condition.

Authorities have the area blocked off while they investigate.
