CITY MANAGER SHIT-CANNED!
I think the public, as the employer, has the absolute right to know why he was fired and the circumstances around it. If he got found out screwing around with a cops wife, then whats the big deal? Cops wives in Topeka are notorious egos-seeking-power badge-bunnies who will screw anyone who they think will given them a little stature or social elevation. “Power prostitutes” as it may be. But a jealous and vindictive cop, whos wife is screwing the city manager might not be OK with such affairs. Especially if it down buy HIM any swag with the FOP and city.
Gossip and rumors run amuck when the public is lied to or denied accurate and honest TRANSPERENT information concerning the persons and employees doing city business on our behalf.
WIBW has proven itself to be a biased and conflicted source of news, with their news directors and anchormen being directly related to police officers, rescue mission conmen and more cops.

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – Topeka is now without a permanent city manager.
The governing body came out of a two-hour executive session following Tuesday night’s council meeting, added the vote to their agenda, and unanimously voted to terminate Wade.
Wade went on leave June 6, with no explanation given in the time since.
Richard Neinstedt has served as acting city manager in Wade’s place. He was formally designated as the interim city manager following the termination.
The meeting was then concluded. The governing body comes out of the executive session at 3:49:23 in the stream below.
