Help Us Keep the Scene Loud
We’re not a venue, a label, or a ticketing company — just local music fans who got tired of missing shows because nobody had put them all in one place. Building a calendar like this one means chasing down Facebook events, tracking down real flyers, double-checking set times, and making sure a cancelled gig doesn’t waste your Friday night. It takes real hours, and Dystopeka.com doesn’t run ads to cover them.
If this calendar has ever gotten you into a room you wouldn’t have found otherwise, saved you from showing up to a cancelled show, or just made following the local scene a little easier — chip in if you can. Every bit goes straight back into covering more shows, not into anyone’s pocket.
Dystopeka.com’s music coverage is run by local music fans, for local music fans. No advertisers, no label kickbacks — just people who love a good show trying to make the scene a little easier to find and follow.
