Because the story is sure to evolve to protect the guilty parties, We’re just going to “preserve” what WIBW has reported (And not reported) here.

Topeka police officers and their protected families and friends dont seem to understand that the “Hate” they love to accuse everyone else of is not because “We The people” are just so hateful, it is because THEY operate with such privileges’, entitlement and immunity, while the rest of us are held to increasingly ridiculous standards. In this case, the driver was allowed to just leave the scene of the accident, obviously drunk (Initial reports where that she was 16 years old, not WIBW is reporting that she is 21) and while she was blood tested and found to be twice the legal limit, she has not been charged with any crime related to this even though someone died as a result of her actions..

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – One person was killed when a car crashed into a Topeka home.

Around 11:35 p.m. Thursday, the Topeka Police Department responded to Huntoon St. and Plass Ave.

TPD said a car was eastbound on Huntoon St. when it went off the road and into a yard, then went airborne. The car hit the front of the house, and landed upside-down on the porch.

Authorities say a passenger was thrown from the vehicle and landed on the porch roof. Authorities on the scene say officers were able to speak to both the passenger and driver. The passenger was taken to the hospital, and later died from their injuries.

Topeka Police Department said the deceased has been identified as Troy L. Fields Jr., 36, of Topeka.

This investigation is still ongoing.
